Do you know what you’re supposed to do to get in/stay in shape physically? Of course you do (diet, exercise, sleep).

A more important question may be, “Do you know what you’re supposed to do to take care of your mental health?” Of course you do (diet, exercise, sleep).
The fact is that our mind and body rely upon each other to get us through every single day.
Try this out:
Therapy- Nothing is better than having someone who allows you to unload about everything in your life for an uninterrupted hour.
Meditate- Shut your mind down every once in awhile. Meditation does not have to be some weird, far east monkish exercise – try staring at the sky for five minutes.
Have FUN- Make a date with yourself and don’t break it! Do something you like. Re-connect with someone important. Get back into your hobby.
Helping your brain always helps your body. And helping your body will help your brain.
