Burnout is a real thing.
It can happen when you are under stress from repeatedly performing the same ‘tasks’ and finding a large gap between your efforts and seeing results.
If you notice that you are experiencing burnout, it is important to recognize it. Be aware of it and make a plan of how you will reset yourself.
You will likely need to step back, take a couple of large steps back even. Take a real break from what is burning you out. Otherwise you will continue having diminishing results for your efforts and negative effects on your body and mind. That will result in at least two steps backward…
And you need to keep moving forward.
